Stephanie has been a practicing licensed social worker since 1997. She specializes in work with children, adolescents, parents and families. Stephanie has extensive experience working with children with special needs, including developmental, emotional, and physical challenges. Her work with adult clients includes Employee Assistance services, couples counseling, and individual treatment for depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and adjustment issues.
Tammy has been in practice since 1992. She specializes in working with people experiencing mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. Tammy has extensive experience assisting people with histories of trauma such as childhood physical, sexual abuse or neglect, or physical or emotional abuse from a partner. She uses a holistic approach toward the mind and body drawing from Attachment Theory, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and brain-based strategies to teach people the tools they need to heal and integrate their past with their present.
