Tammy has been in practice since 1992. She specializes in working with people experiencing mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. Tammy has extensive experience assisting people with histories of trauma such as childhood physical, sexual abuse or neglect, or physical or emotional abuse from a partner. She uses a holistic approach toward the mind and body drawing from Attachment Theory, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and brain-based strategies to teach people the tools they need to heal and integrate their past with their present.
