Focused Solutions, LLC. Provides Employee Assistance services including, assessment, brief treatment and referral(s) as well as counseling services for individuals 4 and older.
Counseling services include individual, family, and couples counseling.
We will provide a complete assessment to determine the strengths of an individual, which is imperative for change, and determine goals for improvement. We care about a person(s) ability to live healthier lives.
Clients using insurance will be responsible for faxing a copy of their insurance card to Focused Solutions prior to the initial session. We will than obtain insurance authorization along with schedule the first session.
